The very idea of change can be very challenging. In order to support participants to better understand what might be getting activated for them when approached with the possibility of a transition, it’s important to identify, explore, and push through assumptions, challenges, and self-doubts that may be getting in the way of their success. This highly-interactive workshop based on the theory of “Immunity to Change” (Kegan and Lahey, 2009) will help participants achieve clarity on what is keeping them stuck.
