The mustachioed Midwesterner turned British soccer coach, Ted Lasso, made his way into the hearts and minds of millions at a time when we needed it the most. His earnest optimism, ability to see the best in others, compassionate vulnerability, and values-based approach to team building makes him not only likable, but an exemplar of holistic and equity-driven leadership from which we can all learn.
