One-on-one Leadership Coaching
For professionals with 7-10 years of experience, presently working in Jewish organizations
Whether you’re navigating challenges, building your vision, or simply craving a space to think things through, our 1:1 leadership coaching will offer you a meaningful way to grow your capacity, and sustain your passion as a professional in our increasingly complex Jewish communal spaces. This program enrolls participants year-round. Bay Area participants are eligible for a heavily subsidized early bird rate if they apply before October 31, 2026.
Kadima Collective
For professionals who have learned with Jewish LearningWorks for 40+ hours
Kadima Collective creates opportunities to remain connected to a curated community of thoughtful leaders and learners while continuing to access high-caliber Jewish learning, and unique field-building leadership experiences. Invitations to join are extended throughout the year.
