Kadima collective

Learning and Leading, Together.

Jewish learning is not meant to be a one-time experience. Neither is Jewish LearningWorks.

Over the years, hundreds of educators, communal professionals, and lay leaders have devoted significant time to learning with us. Through fellowships, cohorts, retreats, leadership programs, and other intensive learning experiences, they have explored big ideas, built lasting relationships, and strengthened Jewish life throughout the Bay Area and beyond.

Kadima Collective is the next chapter in your journey.

An Exclusive Community

Meaning “forward” or “onward” in Hebrew, Kadima Collective is an exclusive community of those who have made a meaningful investment in their learning through Jewish LearningWorks professional development experiences. The Kadima Collective is a place to keep going forward alongside an extraordinary network of peers.

Membership is not an application process. It is a recognition of your sustained commitment to learning, leadership, and the Jewish community. This is a collective of folks who understand that lifelong learning and leading continues onward – Kadima!

Who is part of the collective?

The most valuable part of any Jewish LearningWorks program has always been the people.

Invitations are  extended to individuals who have completed significant learning experiences through Jewish LearningWorks, including fellowship participants, and others who have engaged in 40 or more hours of Jewish LearningWorks learning.

Why do we gather as a collective?

Learning doesn’t end when a program concludes, and neither should community.

Kadima Collective creates opportunities to remain connected to a curated community of thoughtful leaders and learners while continuing to access high-caliber Jewish learning, and unique field-building leadership experiences throughout the year.
