What does conflict WANT? We normally think it wants needs to be met and feelings to be acknowledged, and we think that is the end of the story. However The iCenter is helping us understand that conflict has something to TEACH us. Conflicts of interests demand us to LEARN something new about our apparent opponent, and reveal something greater for both sides.![]()

These photos are part of our fall training program dedicated to deepening our knowledge of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. This group of courageous Jewish professionals, some educators, others not, are pouring all their energy to identify their own learning gaps, and reveal how they can be part of the long-term solution through their work. Yesterday we celebrated their "Urban Adamitzvah" and enjoyed delicious food, recognizing the impact on people of all ages, environmental and ecological values in action, and creating a beautiful space for so many to gather and connect. ![]()
