In a time of war and increasing polarization, many organizations are straining from internal conflict, damaged relationships, and outside pressures. Leaders are struggling to find a productive middle ground between antagonism and avoidance — one that taps into a greater sense of empathy and possibility. This workshop will teach skills that can create space for a meaningful exchange of ideas and experiences, even across seemingly impossible divides. Through this workshop, you’ll learn how to generate more openness and receptivity in charged conversations, from both others and yourself. You’ll leave with a concrete approach for sparking more empathy, learning, and collaborative problem-solving in both your personal and professional lives.
