Listening at All Levels

Listening at All Levels

Learning to listen at different levels is a critical component of effective communication that spans all dimensions of the organization. Being able to match the appropriate level of listening to the situation gives leaders more precise tools that will inevitably support them in being more impactful. During this experiential workshop, participants will engage around the three levels of listening, discuss strategies for implementation, and address concerns that may emerge in real-life scenarios.
