Behavior Management 101

In this workshop, educators learn fundamental theories and practical strategies for managing challenging behaviors. Participants engage in interactive sessions exploring the root causes of behavior challenges, environment and individual differences, and techniques for fostering positive behavior. Educators have ample opportunities to share their specific concerns, allowing for tailored guidance. By the end of the course, participants gain a comprehensive toolkit with proactive approaches and de-escalation techniques to create a supportive learning environment for all children.

Group Size:
There is no minimum for this training. The maximum is 100 participants. The ideal size of this training is 15–50 people.

Ideal Duration of Training:
Behavior Management 101 is 90 minutes long. The next training in the sequence, Advanced Behavior Management, is a minimum of 60 minutes long. An additional 30 minutes can be added to address specific program needs.
