I am CEO of Chap Equity Inc., an organization rooted in collaboration, research and dialogue. I am Social Identity Development Lead for the Great First Eight curriculum project, at Stand for Children. I translate concepts on identity into interactive workshops and collaborate on writing projects. I co-author: Bias Starts Early.
