Jewish LearningWorks’ Covid-19 Pandemic Statement & Commitment to the Community

Updated March 1, 2022

Jewish LearningWorks continues to prioritize the safety and well-being of our staff, consultants, strategic partners, patrons, families and communities this spring.

To safeguard our health and the most vulnerable among us, we persevere in following CDC and California state guidelines with regard to COVID-19. Besides relying on health authorities for our safety protocols, we are guided by the Jewish values of Pikuach nefesh (preserving all human life above all), Ometz lev (integrity to follow scientific and expert advice with honesty and transparency) and Chesed (empathy and kindness as we respond to this collective challenge).

We ask staff and participants to refrain from attending Jewish LearningWorks’ events unless they are fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19. Beginning in March 2022, our events will be mask optional. Participants should feel free to, but will not be required to mask.

Please feel free to visit this page for updated guidance.
