For congregational Jewish educators with 2-7 years of experience

The Association of Reform Jewish Educators (ARJE) and Jewish LearningWorks are proud to partner on a new small group coaching network for congregational educators. This online group coaching program will explore critical leadership competencies aligned with ARJE’s vision for excellence.

  • Aimed at: Educators with 2-7 years of experience in an educational leadership role at a Jewish congregation.
  • Dates: Begins in September 2025, and ends in June 2026.
  • Structure: Virtual group coaching gatherings.
  • Facilitated by: Facilitated by expert coaches Michelle Lynn-Sachs and Tamara Gropper.
  • Participant fee: $500 per participant. Scholarships available.
