What are the critical issues Early Childhood Directors face? What are you doing about them?
Please join us for our 2nd Annual Early Childhood Education Directors’ Retreat. This year, we will gather to wrestle with some of the critical issues preschool directors confront on a regular basis. Directors will have the opportunity to dive into a few topics with their colleagues. The roundtable format of this gathering, and our facilitated conversations will provide directors’ with the opportunity to develop new strategies, perspectives, and tools to take back to their schools.
Join us to connect with colleagues, give and receive ideas, and build your confidence to:
- create a culture of trust,
- establish a stronger staff community,
- cultivate healthy communication at your school,
- support teams with varying degrees of experience and knowledge, and
- develop new tools for on-boarding staff.
