Creating A Culture of Inclusion

Creating A Culture of Inclusion

So you want to do a better job of including neurodivergent kids and their families in your programming, but aren’t sure how to do it? This is the workshop for you! We will discuss what it means to create a true culture of inclusion (spoiler alert: it’s not easy, but it is easier than you may think) from the ground up. Drawing on principles of Universal Design, we will talk through barriers to inclusion and how to navigate through them to create an environment that is truly welcoming for all.
