Our One-on-One Leadership Program at a Glance

Aimed at: For professionals with 7-10 years of experience, presently working in Jewish organizations.

Structure: Ten, fifty-minute sessions per year with a certified coach. In-person or virtual meetings.

Participant fee: Our coaching package is offered at the subsidized rate of $1,500 for professionals working in the Bay Area. For those outside the region, the fee rises to $2,250. Limited spots available.

Bay Area participants who apply before October 31, 2026 are eligible for a $1,200 rate for a 10-session package.
