I have a variety of offerings for Directors and Assistant Directors. (These also work well for teacher leaders) Some sample topics are: Director/Assistant Director Coaching Leadership Creating Successful Systems Teambuilding Working with Lay Leaders/Parents

Ideal for Educators Teaching:

  • Preschool ages (2–5)
  • Teacher Leaders

Ideal for Educators Working At:

  • Preschool
  • May work for early elementary as well

Teaching Format:

  • In-person
  • Zoom
  • Hybrid (participants in-person and Zoom at the same time)

Group Size:

Coaching and mentoring is done individually. Workshops can be for any size group.

Ideal Duration of Training:

Coaching and mentoring requires a 6-10 month time frame. Trainings and workshops can be 1 hour or longer, depending on need, time and frequency of trainings.

These workshops are for adults, particularly Directors, Assistant Directors and teacher leaders.

The work of Director in an educational program can be both rewarding and challenging! I bring the opportunity to discuss the work in a deep and meaningful way, helping leaders to grow and achieve their visions for their programs.
