Both/And Leadership

Both/And Leadership

Does leadership ever feel like a series of impossible choices? Should our decision-making be more centralized or distributed? Should we be more planful or emergent in charting our priorities? How can we balance employee interests with organizational interests? This workshop is for anyone who wants to cultivate both/and thinking to foster more collaborative relationships with others, reduce internal noise, and make their social change initiatives more impactful. Leveraging the polarities framework — a way of embracing two seemingly conflicting values from a place of creative tension — we’ll explore how to disrupt binary thinking and lead from a more expansive sense of possibility.
