We will collaboratively create a workshop about belonging, diversity, equity and inclusion that addresses the specific needs of your organization. All trainings are customized. I am happy to work and have experience with teachers from preschool through high school, staff, administrators, executive directors and more. In all workshops we will address fears and barriers that show up for white and multi-racial people. Everyone will gain further understanding of anti-racist principles and how they apply to both their workplace and personal lives.

Ideally the workshop is one and a half to two hours with the possibility of follow up sessions.

I have worked with preschools, elementary through high school students, at synagogues, in libraries and with the public in general.
I can also lead on-going affinity groups to support white people in their ongoing anti-racist learning.
