This workshop builds on the skills and knowledge taught in Behavior Management 101. Participants learn strategies to effectively manage extreme and dangerous behavior. This course covers in-depth strategies for de-escalation, from prevention to crisis management. There is significant emphasis on positive and non-violent intervention to support regulation and safety in students. This workshop is highly interactive, with the option of adding in-depth consultation and problem-solving for the most challenging situations.

The ideal size for this training is 10 – 50 participants. There is no minimum. The maximum is up to 100 participants.
Ideal Duration of Training:
The core training is 60 minutes long. There is an option to add another 30 minutes for specific, targeted consultation regarding the most severe behavior situations.
