Alison has nearly three decades of experience in the Bay Area nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. She has held a range of roles spanning program development, grantmaking, and organizational operations, including most recently serving as Executive Director of Eden I&R/211 Alameda County, where she led significant growth in programs, partnerships, and funding.
Alison’s expertise includes nonprofit operations, cross-sector collaboration, and building systems that support effective, mission-driven work. She is passionate about strengthening organizations from within and supporting teams to deliver meaningful impact in their communities. Alison holds a Master of Nonprofit Administration from University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from University of California, Davis.
A proud member of an interfaith family, Alison lives in the east bay with her husband and two kids. When not hanging out with them, she enjoys spending time with her girlfriends, reading, attending live theater, going for walks, and volunteering in her community.
