Stronger Together: An Asset-based Approach to Building a Collaborative School Culture with Dr. Mindy Gold

ECE Directors often do not have the time or opportunity to think about the organizational culture of their school. This retreat will provide the space to examine the values and existing communal assets that are foundational to your school. Dr. Mindy Gold will guide you through Stronger Together - an asset-based approach that maximizes the resources you have at your fingertips, and provide you with concrete tools to enact meaningful change for your school.

Stronger Together invites you to imagine what you could achieve if you truly brought together the ideas and the strengths of your educators, clergy, parents, and your students! During this retreat, you will:

  • discover fresh ways to tap into the talents and perspectives of your colleagues and community members,
  • get hands-on strategies and frameworks to make real change in their school community, and
  • become energized and equipped to create stronger, more connected teams, ready to make a lasting impact together.
